We are going to go way back to July 19, 2006 for this one, back to our honeymoon and before we even had any clue about starting Our Haunted Travel adventures. This was one of the places we wanted to visit during our trip, and we were so glad that we did. Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's winter Estates (properties next to each other) in Fort Myers, Florida, now one large historical site.
On September 21, 2019, we continued our adventures and hikes for the day and went down to the Blue Hen Falls in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park that is reportedly haunted, but was quiet beautiful at the same time.
On September 21, 2019 we traveled to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and visited the Brandywine Falls and the outside are of the Inn at Brandywine Falls. We have heard of some reports around the falls, so we did a little investigating while were there as well.
On September 20, 2019, we had some visitors come in from out of town and wanted to take them down to see Lanterman's Mill. We made it in time to go inside for the tour, which we have experienced before; however, this time, we got to see them turn on the wheel.
On Friday, September 20, 2019 we had the great pleasure of Kay and Matt from Happy Trails Hiking and Lori Bryant coming over and up to North East, Ohio to spend some time with us for the weekend. What a great time and adventure we had all weekend long.
On July 8, 2019 we traveled to Point Pleasant, West Virginia to find out more about the paranormal activity in the town and as much as we could about the Mothman.
Haunted castles, ghost tours, haunted restaurants, and haunted hotels, kind of sounds like an "Our Haunted Travels" adventure. Well, that is exactly what we had the weened of September 14, 2019, in Marietta, Ohio.
The Harriet Taylor Upton House, a location near and dear to our hearts for many reasons. This is a great refurbished historical location that should be on your list to at least stop by and take a peak.
On July 8, 2019, we traveled to Point Pleasant, West Virginia and one of our stops was the location of the Silver Bridge Collapse in 1967. We spent some time at the location and the memorial.
On August 17, 2019, we traveled back to The Fight 93 National Memorial in Stoysville, Pennsylvania. This was our second visit to the memorial, and who so much has changed.
On August 17, 2019 we traveled to the Star Barn in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania and took a ride on the Lincoln Train. This beautifully restored steam engine has two cars attached. A passenger car and a reconstructed Lincoln Funeral Car that you leave the train through after your train ride. In this video, we will share with you our ride and exit of the train.
On August 27, 2019, we had the honor to be interviewed by Happy Trails Hiking on their "Travel Tuesday" segment, where Kay from Happy Trails allowed us to be silly and talk about "Our Haunted Travels.
