For Halloween 2019, we created a video talking about the origin of the practice of dressing up for Halloween. How it all got started and why this tradition carries on until even today.
Often we have to take a break form our travels to work on other things in life. On Saturday, October 26, 2019, Marianne organized a Zombie run at the school as a fundraiser for the National Honor Society.
In July of 2019, we stopped off at the Hope Iron Furnace on our way from Athens, Ohio to Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The reason for our stop was the claims of the spirit of the night watchman that has been reported at this location.
In July of 2019, we traveled to Athens, Ohio and one of the locations that was on our "stop list" was the West State Street Cemetery to investigate the claims of the "Weeping Angel".
In July of 2013 we traveled to Mount Vernon to visit the home and grave site of our Nation's first president, George Washington. Not only is Mount Vernon an awesome location to visit, on the grounds are several burials that most people overlook.
While on our trip to Providence Road Island, we took a night and day and headed out to Fall River, Massachusetts in November of 2015, one of our stops was the Oak Grave Cemetery.

In October of 2008, we traveled to Memphis, Tennessee, and one of the locations that we visited was Graceland. Within the grounds of Graceland, you are aloud to visit the Meditation Gardens that are located just past the swimming pool, and the final resting place of the Presley's.
We have said it many time, if you want to find out the rich history of a town or village, go to the town's cemetery. Evergreen Cemetery in Gettysburg is a prime example, and here you will find many stories of those who where there during the Civil War battle of Gettysburg.
On many occasions we have traveled to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Every time we visit we find a new story or something interesting that is either paranormal or historical related. One of these stories is about Elizabeth Thorn, The Angel of Gettysburg.
In July of 2017, we traveled to the Antietam Battlegrounds, and as we were driving around learning about the different locations, we came across the Mumma Cemetery. Of course we had to stop and check it out.
In November of 2018, we traveled out to San Diego, and one of our stops was to the Cemetery El Campo Santo in Old Town, San Diego. We found several paranormal reports about this old cemetery, and had to just stop there and experience it for ourselves.
September, Friday 13, 2019, in a city with a ton of haunted claims, ghost tour available... Yes Please! We have said this many times, when we visit a new town, we try to find and get on a ghost tour. If you find yourself in Marietta, Ohio, we recommend Hidden Marietta.
On September 14, we traveled to Marietta, Ohio and one of our stops was the Cawley and Peoples Mortuary Museum. Actually, this was the originally planned location stop for this trip, we just found other places to stop and do while we were there.
