Our main reason for visiting Tu-Endie-Wei State Park in Point Pleasant, West Virginia was to pay our respects at the final resting place for Chief Cornstalk. We visited the park in July of 2019.
In July of 2019, we traveled to Point Pleasant, West Virginia. One of our stops was the Tu-Endie-Wei State Park. In the middle of that park sits, the Mansion House Museum. Fortunately, the museum was open when we stopped for the visit.
During our visit to the Tu-Endie-Wei State Park in Point Pleasant, West Virginia (July 2019), we came across the grave site of Anne Bailey, also known as "Mad Ann Bailey".
In July of 2019, we traveled to Point Pleasant, West Virginia and one of the stops that we made on that trip was down to the Tu-Endie-Wei State Park. Our original intent for going to this location was to find the final resting place of Chief Cornstalk, but we found much, much more.
