Our Visit to the Rising Sun Tavern
In June of 2025, we found ourselves once again in Fredericksburg, Virginia, a town we have visited many times and never seem to grow tired of exploring. Each trip feels like opening a familiar book and discovering a page we somehow missed before. Visiting the Spotsylvania Confederate Cemetery

In June of 2025, we found ourselves once again in Fredericksburg, Virginia. During this visit, we decided to do a bit more research to identify some of the historical and haunted locations so that we made a point to stop at them all. One of these locations was the Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop.

Investigating Chatham Manor
In June of 2025, we traveled to Fredericksburg, Virginia, and one of our stops was at the historical Chatham Manor. We heard about the paranormal activity at this location and definitely had to add it to the list of places to stop by on our trip. Little did we know, we were going to be able to do some investigating on the grounds.

What we Discovered at Kenmore
In June of 2025, we traveled once again to Fredericksburg, Virginia. As we were visiting the monument to Mary Bell Washington, we also discovered Kenmore. The home of her daughter and her husband, Fielding Lewis. We had to stop, and what we uncovered was wonderful, both historically and paranormal-related as well.

Visiting Mary Bell Washington's Final Home
In June of 2025, we traveled to Fredericksburg, Virginia, once again, and this time made a point to visit and tour the final home of Mary Bell Washington, the mother of George Washington. We were at this location back in 2006 on our honeymoon but only drove by the location and did not tour. This time, we made it a point to stop and visit.
